H&R Wheel Spacers

Every H&R spacer here belongs to the TRAK+ range, and the first figure to check is the thickness. H&R titles give it per axle, so a 30 mm/axle set moves each wheel out by 15 mm. The thinnest sets are in the DR and DRS systems, starting at a few millimetres per axle, while the DRA and DRM systems cover the thick end, well beyond 100 mm per axle.

The listings then give the bolt pattern, from 3- to 6-stud (most often 5×112, 5×114.3, 5×120 and 5×130), and the hub bore on many sets. They also give the thread of the wheel bolts or nuts the set works with, from M12x1.25 to M15x1.25. Match the thread and the seat shape to the fixings your wheels use.

The approval is part of the choice. DR-ABE and DRM-ABE sets come with a general operating permit (ABE), and most other sets with a TÜV certificate. Some DRA and DRM sets are listed without one, so check the listed approval if your car needs the paperwork for an inspection.

A spacer changes the scrub radius and the load on the wheel bearings, so choose the smallest thickness that gives the offset you need.
