Shipment and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information

At TrackTool Factory, we are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent delivery throughout the EU.

Shipping Times

• Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page.

• In-stock products are shipped within 1–7 business days, depending on order processing time and warehouse location.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days within the EU, depending on your location and courier performance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or customs inspections.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on destination, order size, and weight. You can see the delivery cost for every country we ship to, and the few cases that change it, on our Shipping costs page.

EU & International Orders
We currently ship to all EU Member States.
All prices include Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable.
No additional customs fees apply within the EU.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Dutch public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order.
TrackTool Factory cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

3. Returns Policy (EU Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To cancel your purchase, notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods, either with our online form, Withdraw from contract here, or by contacting:

Please include your order number and a clear statement of your wish to withdraw.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical shop.

Please return products complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

If the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary for that inspection, we may deduct the resulting reduction in value from your refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Please include your order number or invoice with the returned package.

5. Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge from your original order, within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we refund the standard amount. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method at no cost to you.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery charge is not refunded.
