Turbosmart Turbo Oil Lines

    20 products

Turbosmart’s turbo oil line parts are the fittings at each end of a turbo’s oil supply and return rather than the hoses between them. Two figures decide most choices: the bolt spacing of the turbo’s oil drain flange, and the AN size of the feed line.

On the return side, drain flanges with a -10AN outlet are listed for 38.1 mm and 50.8 mm bolt spacing. Each comes in a standard or a 75 mm extended length, in black or silver. The billet drain adapters seal with a silicone O-ring and are listed for medium frames with 50.8 mm spacing, the common T3/T4 pattern, and large frames at 52.4 mm. Paper oil-return gaskets and turbo mounts are listed for 38.1 mm and 50.8 mm spacing.

On the feed side, billet oil filters with a 44-micron element fit in-line in AN-3 or AN-4 lines. They also come as an AN-4 to AN-4 ORB version and as a banjo version that mounts directly on the turbo. A bracket for Turbosmart’s V2 oil pressure regulator completes the group.

The drain must fall steadily from the turbo to the sump without dips or kinks, and a new gasket should go on whenever the drain is disturbed.
