Turbosmart BOV Replacement Parts & Accessories

Turbosmart BOV Replacement Parts & Accessories guide

Turbosmart’s blow-off valve parts here either keep an existing valve in service or help fit a valve to a car or pipe it was not made for. For servicing, the parts are matched to the valve model. The electronic Kompact EM valves are identified by VR number, and each replacement solenoid and O-ring kit lists the VR numbers it suits, noting where a valve needs more than one kit. RacePort, ProPort and PowerPort valves have their own piston or diaphragm assemblies and springs, which are rated in inches of mercury (inHg) for the vacuum at which the valve opens.

For fitting, there are weld flanges in alloy, stainless steel or titanium for mounting a valve on a fabricated pipe. There are also flange adapters and gaskets for putting a Turbosmart valve where another design used to sit, and plumb-back and inlet fittings for the Kompact range. Other parts deal with the lines and ports left over when a factory valve comes out. These are hose blanking plugs in 25 and 29 mm, block-off plates made for particular models, and a plug that prevents a check-engine warning.

Start from the valve you own: read its VR or model number, then order the part listed for it.
