Turbosmart Wastegate Replacement Parts & Accessories

Turbosmart’s wastegate parts keep its external wastegates and internal wastegate actuators in service, and each is made for a particular generation and size. The title gives both: Gen4 or GenV, then the wastegate size, such as WG38, WG40, WG45, WG50 or WG60.

For a wastegate that leaks or sticks, the service parts are valve seats, valve and guide sets, and diaphragm kits or complete diaphragm assemblies. Turbosmart describes its GenV diaphragm kits as including the diaphragms, O-rings and gaskets. Versions marked CG are for the compressed-gas wastegates and ALV for the anti-lag valve, so check the letters after the size. Caps are listed separately, as top caps, full-range CG caps and complete sensor caps. For the electronic eGate there is a motor replacement kit, and for EM valves and caps with integrated pressure control, a replacement solenoid.

Internal wastegate parts include IWG diaphragm assemblies and IWG75 clevises in M6 or 1/4-inch UNF thread and several lengths, to join the actuator rod to the turbo’s wastegate arm. A few complete units are filed here as well: pneumatic StraightGate wastegates and a GenV IWG actuator for twin-port turbochargers.

When a wastegate is opened for service, renew the diaphragm and seals together.
