QSP V-Band Connectors & Clamps

QSP’s V-band range is clamps only, all in stainless steel, and the real decision is how the clamp is closed. Standard clamps tighten with a nut on a T-bolt. Quick-release clamps use a latch, so the joint can be opened without running the nut all the way off. That helps on a pipe you remove often, such as a turbo outlet or a section taken off for maintenance. Sizes run from 1.5 in (38 mm) up to 5 in (125 mm), and most sizes come in both styles.

The size quoted is the pipe diameter the clamp suits. A V-band clamp only works with a matching pair of V-band flanges, and those are not part of these listings. Check the flange profile and outside diameter of the parts you already have, or buy the flanges first and size the clamp to them.

When tightening, tap round the band as you go so that it pulls both flanges together evenly, and check it again after the first heat cycle.
