QSP AN Hose Adapters (Angled)

QSP’s angled hose adapters are the hose ends that turn a length of AN hose into a finished line. The first thing to match is the hose itself, because each style is made for one construction. Lightweight adapters suit standard braided hose, PTFE adapters suit PTFE-lined hose, Push-On adapters take push-lock hose without an outer socket, and Kevlar adapters are made for textile-braided hose. Shrink adapters let a heat-shrink sleeve finish the hose end.

Then choose the size and the angle. The sizes span AN3 to AN20, AN6 to AN10 being the most listed, and each listing states the matching UNF thread. Angles run from 30° through 45°, 60°, 90°, 120° and 150° to a 180° return, and some bends are forged rather than made from bent tube. Most adapters are aluminium in blue and red or in black, with a few in stainless steel.

An angled hose end lets a line leave a fitting in the right direction without kinking the hose, so route the line first and choose the angles to suit. The data lists fuel and oil as the uses.
