QSP Blind Plugs, Block-Offs & Clamps

QSP’s blind plugs and block-offs close off ports and fittings that are no longer needed, and the clamps secure and finish AN hose. Most parts are aluminium, in black, blue, red or silver, and they are sized by AN number from AN3 to AN20 or by thread.

Blind plugs screw into a port. They come in AN, NPT and BSP threads and in low-profile metric sizes from M10 to M18, with O-ring versions for ports that seal that way. Blind caps do the opposite job, closing an open male AN fitting. Plastic AN plugs, male and female, keep dirt out of hoses and fittings during a build or in storage; they are not for pressure. Lambda sensor plugs in M18 x 1.5 blank an unused sensor boss, and aluminium shut-off valves let a line be closed without removing it.

On the clamp side, hose clamp finishers neaten the end of a hose, and stainless hose clamps secure it, including versions for PTFE hose. Aluminium P-clips hold hoses and lines to the body.

Identify the thread before ordering: AN, NPT and metric threads can look alike but will not interchange.
