QSP AN Banjo Fittings

    53 products

QSP’s AN banjo fittings connect AN hose to a component through a banjo bolt. This is the usual way into brake calipers, fuel rails, oil feeds and carburettors where there is no room for a straight fitting. Each banjo eye is listed by its AN size, from AN3 to AN12, and by the bore of the eye, from 10.2 to 22.2 mm. The bore has to match the banjo bolt the eye will sit on.

Most eyes are aluminium, in black, blue, silver or blue and red, for fuel and oil. The stainless steel eyes, straight or angled at 20° or 45° and in AN3 and AN4, suit brake lines, where aluminium is not used. The range also includes AN6 adapters for side-draught carburettors, listed as Weber adapters, in single and double versions and one for PTFE hose.

Choose the eye by the bolt first: measure the bolt’s shank, then pick the eye with the matching bore and the AN size of your hose. Fit a new sealing washer on each side of the eye every time the joint is remade, and tighten the bolt to the component maker’s torque rather than by feel.
