K&N Filter Intake Pipes

Most of K&N’s listings in this category are charge pipe kits: mandrel-bent aluminium tubes with a gunmetal grey powder-coated finish, made to replace the factory intercooler pipework on particular turbocharged models. Each kit has a part number in the 77- series, and that number is the reference to use when you match a kit to a car.

Alongside them sits bonnet scoop hardware for drag and custom builds: composite scoops in the NHRA style, a scoop with a D-shaped opening, a carbon fibre scoop pan, an inner pan without holes, and plugs for closing a scoop off.

Before fitting a charge pipe kit, check what it includes and whether it keeps a mounting for your blow-off or diverter valve and any boost pressure sensor on the original pipes. Once it is on, look over every joint for leaks with the engine under load, and keep the clamps tight after the first heat cycles.
