Simons Exhaust Tips
28 products
Simons’ listings here are the finishing pieces for an exhaust you build or repair yourself. Most are tailpipes: short end sections in mild steel, round in 63.5, 76 and 89 mm, or oval in the Ellips and Ellips XL styles. The Ellips is also offered in stainless steel. A tailpipe is welded or clamped to the end of the system, so match its diameter to the pipe it finishes.
The exhaust tips fit over a pipe instead. The Rondo and Rondo XL tips suit 44.5 or 50.8 mm pipe, and a brushed 80 mm tip and an Ellips tip also suit 50.8 mm. The angular Twin Quattro tip, 240 mm long, turns a 63.5 mm pipe into twin 70 x 90 mm outlets. Y-pipes do the same in round form, splitting a single 50.8 or 63.5 mm pipe into twin outlets of 80, 90 or 100 mm.
Plan the finish with the material: a mild steel tailpipe needs heat-resistant paint to hold off rust, while the stainless Ellips can be left bare. Check the exit position against the bumper cut-out before you cut the old tailpipe off.
