Ferodo
Ferodo is one of the oldest and most respected brake brands in the world, founded in 1897 in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire, England. The brand has more than 125 years of experience in friction materials, supplying brake pads and discs to both OEM manufacturers and the motorsport aftermarket.

DS2500 is the most popular choice for track day drivers wanting a step up from standard pads, offering good cold bite and improved fade resistance while remaining driveable on the road. DS3000 is a dedicated motorsport compound with higher operating temperatures and stronger bite. DS3.12 targets endurance racing applications, and DS1.11 is Ferodo's top-tier dry weather race compound.

Description
FER-FCP5030W – Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Pads; Front The DS1.11 is one of Ferodo’s real endurance race pad offerings. It has slightly less bite at high temps. vs their DS3000, but doesn’t decompose nearly as quickly under extended heavy use on the track.
This is due to the fact that It is based upon a chemical family known as Siloxanes. Unlike carbon based materials, siloxane chains do not decompose at high temperatures and so the DS1.11 keeps on working up to the highest temperatures a brake pad could ever see. The DS1.11 is known for its extremely flat torque curve, which means that as temperatures go up, the response through the brake pedal remains consistent.
The DS1.11 can be thrashed all day without having it burn up or fade, it’s easy on discs, and doesn’t have many of the judder or vibration issues that competing products have.
