Audi A3 8P (2003–2015)

For the A3 8P, the matched kit is a strong theme: Eibach and Bilstein B12 kits pair lowering springs with dampers, and ST, AP and H&R offer kits of their own. Coilovers from KW, H&R, ST and Eibach sit alongside, as do dampers from Bilstein’s B4 and B8 lines and B3 or Eibach replacement springs at the original height. The brake side is smaller but broad, with EBC braided lines, EBC or DBA discs, and EBC, Hawk, PBS, Ferodo and Pagid pads. Before a track day, bleed in fresh fluid and fit pads rated for the heat; sort tyres and alignment elsewhere; then choose between springs, a kit or coilovers. The page takes in the hatchback, Sportback and cabriolet from 2003 to 2015.
