Audi A3 8P Suspension

The A3 8P hatchback, Sportback and cabriolet share this page. A good part of its kits and coilovers is split between front-wheel-drive cars and quattro models such as the S3, the RS3 and the 3.2 V6. Settle body and drivetrain before comparing makers.

Kits that replace springs and dampers together are well represented. B12 kits come from both Bilstein and Eibach, either as Pro-Kit or as Sportline. H&R’s Cup Kits come as Comfort or Sport, and ST and AP kits are sorted by engine and by a 50 mm or 55 mm front strut. Staying at factory height means B3 or ERL springs with Bilstein B4 or B8 dampers.

On the coilover side, KW adds V3 and V4 Clubsport sets to its V1, V2 and V3, and Bilstein adds B14 and B16 kits beside ST, H&R and Eibach. Where the car has electronically controlled dampers, KW has DDC kits, while H&R and Eibach list cancellation modules, among them an H&R module titled for the S3.
