ACT
ACT, short for Advanced Clutch Technology, is an American clutch maker. Its range here covers the whole clutch assembly: complete kits, clutch discs, pressure plates, flywheels, release bearings and the small parts in between.
The discs show how the range is organised. Street discs come sprung or rigid, and race discs use four-pad or six-pad designs, again sprung or rigid. Pressure plates are listed as Heavy Duty or Xtreme and the XACT flywheels as Streetlite or Prolite, and twin-disc and Mod-Twin kits are listed as well.

Description
N024 pressure plate features an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All ACT diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT’s Heavy Duty pressure plates increase clamp load by 20 to 50 percent. The Heavy Duty pressure plates are recommended for use with a street or race disc.
