The XP race series is the headline programme, built on a tri-metal copper-lead structure with a nickel barrier and lead-tin-copper Babbitt overlay branded pMaxBlack, rated 24 percent harder than conventional tri-metal race bearings. The XPC variant adds a pMaxKote nano-composite polymer coating for additional wear resistance without changing wall thickness. Geometric features such as U-Groove, ElliptiX and RadiaLock are engineered for forged aftermarket cranks running sustained high loads, with coverage focused on Honda K, Nissan RB, Mitsubishi 4G63, GM LS and Ford EcoBoost platforms.
