Description

Bilstein B6 (Steering Damper) steering damper for the Land Rover Discovery 2 (L318) 1998–2004, Front axle.

A damper fitted to the steering linkage rather than the suspension. It absorbs kickback from the road and damps wheel shimmy before they reach the steering wheel, keeping the steering settled over rough surfaces. It has no effect on ride height or spring rate.
