Pulsar Turbo Turbine Housings

    147 products

Pulsar’s turbine housings are sold on their own so that you can change the exhaust side of a turbocharger: a different A/R, a different inlet flange, or a replacement for a damaged housing. Each housing is made for a turbo family and turbine wheel named in the title. The PTX30 and PTX35 housings are for the PSR3067 to PSR3584 turbos, and others are for the 49G, 55G, 62G, 75G and 82G frames. Housings for 300 and 400 Series turbos are quoted by turbine wheel size, such as 76/68 mm or 101/91.3 mm. Check the frame and wheel before anything else.

Within a family, the choice is flow and fitment. A/R ranges from 0.32 to 1.58: a smaller figure favours response, a larger one flow at high engine speed. Inlets are T3, divided T3, divided T4, T6 or V-band, outlets are mostly V-band, and several housings come in stainless steel or with an internal wastegate (IWG). Some packages include weld-on V-band flanges and the clamp that joins the housing to the bearing housing, and V-band flange and clamp kits are also sold separately.

A new A/R changes when and how the boost arrives, so plan a calibration check after fitting.
