ARP Intake Manifold Bolts

    93 products

ARP’s intake manifold kits are sold per engine, and for many engines in every combination of 12-point or hex heads and stainless steel or chrome moly. Where an aftermarket manifold uses different bolt lengths from the factory one, there are separate kits named for that manifold, so check which manifold you run before ordering.

On engines where manifold heights differ, the kits are distinguished by under-head length, for example 45 mm or 55 mm. That is the measurement to compare with the thickness of your manifold’s flange.

Tuned-port and valley-cover kits are listed as well, and one engine family has a stud kit instead of bolts, which makes it easier to locate the manifold and gaskets when fitting.

Kits are listed by engine only, and the product data gives the socket size for most, which helps where the bolts sit under a plenum or carburettor.

Intake bolts often pass close to coolant or vacuum passages, so follow the sealing instructions for each thread. Torque them in the order and stages the manifold maker gives, working from the centre outwards, and check them again once the engine has been through a heat cycle.
