Ajusa Oil Management

Ajusa’s oil management range is mostly oil pipes, each made for one engine and named in the title by capacity, valve count and engine code. Most are for 16-valve engines, with some 20- and 24-valve units and one older eight-valve engine. The product details list the compatible engines rather than vehicles, and only a few pipes also carry vehicle fitment, for Subaru models. Read the engine code on your engine before ordering.

The other listings are Ajusa’s workshop chemicals for the same jobs. Ajusil silicone sealant is rated from -60 to +320 °C and comes in 75 ml and 200 ml tubes. Ajustick is an anaerobic sealant rated from -55 to +180 °C, and Ajulock is a grey threadlocker. Silicone suits flexible joints such as sump and cover flanges, while an anaerobic sealant is meant for rigid, closely machined faces.

When you replace an oil pipe, fit new sealing washers or gaskets at each end and make sure the unions are clean. Any debris in an oil line travels straight to whatever the line supplies.
