Description
The 4000 Series T3 stands as the pinnacle in direct replacement
single-piece performance brake rotors, encompassing all the metallurgy
advantages of the 4000 Series with the addition of DBA’s renowned T3
bi-directional slot design.
Evolved from the T2 slot foundation, the T3 slot design introduces
precise CNC machined tri-symmetrical slots, resulting in a notably
quieter, more responsive, and smoother brake pedal feel. The T3 slot
enhances the braking experience by increasing the number of exit points
for brake pad friction dust and gases, ensuring a consistent and
effective performance with every brake stop.
The majority of DBA’s 4000 Series Brake Rotors showcase the innovative
Kangaroo Paw ventilation system. This system integrates a pattern of 144
diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars, delivering an outstanding 30%
increase in surface area and a remarkable 20% enhancement in cooling
efficiency when compared to conventional straight vane designs.
