BMW 3 Series E90 (2004–2013)

Brake parts outnumber suspension parts for the E90 saloon, which is a good match for how a track build should start. The pad choice is wide, with EBC and Hawk the largest names and Ferodo, Pagid and PBS behind them, and race pads the largest share. Replace the fluid with a high-boiling one when fitting them. EBC, DBA and Hawk offer one-piece discs, and Girodisc lists two-piece floating ones. Tyres and a four-wheel alignment come next, from a tyre specialist rather than from here. On the suspension side, KW coilovers lead, including Clubsport and DDC versions, with ST’s XTA, Bilstein B6 and Koni dampers, and B3 replacement springs. Ultra Racing strut and lower braces are listed too. The page covers the saloon from 2004 to 2013.
