Stilo Full-Face Helmets

Stilo’s full-face helmets here are almost all ST6 models, with a few ST5 helmets alongside. The ST6 comes in several shell shapes, FN, GT, GTN, F and the rally-specific R, and each shape is offered in composite, carbon or Zero construction. The Zero is the high-tensile carbon shell homologated to FIA 8860.

The homologation is the first thing to check. The current composite and carbon helmets carry FIA 8859-2024 with Snell SA2025, the Zero helmets FIA 8860-2018, and some carry the older 8859-2015 and SA2020 standards. ABP versions add Advanced Ballistic Protection, shown in their homologation.

Rally helmets come with a full intercom, speakers and microphone fitted, while the circuit helmets are mostly listed without one. Weights run from about 1.1 to 1.6 kg depending on the shell and equipment, and sizes from 54 to 64.

Almost all are listed as HANS compatible. Measure your head and try the size against Stilo’s chart, since a helmet must sit snugly without pressure points, and check the date your series requires on the homologation label.
