SRS Exhaust Exhaust Headers

    40 products

SRS headers are made for Honda and Mazda engines, and the choice is mainly between two layouts. SRS describes its 4-2-1 headers as designed for low and mid-range power and its 4-1 headers for power at the top end. Several engines are offered with both, some also in a 2.5-inch version.

Honda has most of the range, covering B- and D-series engines, K-series swaps and several models, while the Mazda headers are 4-1 designs. The headers are polished SUS 304 stainless steel and come with gaskets and an oxygen-sensor boss.

Read the notes in each listing before ordering: some headers are for manual gearboxes only, and one fits the four-door saloon only when combined with the matching SRS test pipe.

The joints are listed too: header gaskets for several engines, ring gaskets from 45 to 63 mm for the joint to the mid-section, flexible-joint bolts and springs, a flange plate for two-piece headers and a mid-section pipe.

Fit new gaskets and springs whenever the header comes off. Retighten the manifold nuts after the first heat cycles, since new gaskets settle as they bed in.
