Turbosmart
Turbosmart has been making turbo management products in Sydney, Australia, since 1997, and its range here is about controlling boost and fuel pressure. It covers blow-off valves (Kompact, Kompact EM, Dual Port, Plumb Back and RacePort among them), internal wastegate actuators (IWG) and external wastegates in several sizes. It also has electronic BoostGate units, manual and electronic boost controllers, and fuel pressure regulators. TS-1 turbochargers, V-band flanges, oil lines, fittings and gaskets complete the list.
A good share of the range is service parts: replacement diaphragms, springs in different pressure ratings, O-ring kits, solenoids and weld flanges. These let you rebuild or re-spring a valve rather than replace it.
Turbosmart parts are sorted by model and specification, not by car. For valves made for a particular car, the title gives the application; otherwise choose by flange size, spring pressure and fitting.
The other large range in the Turbo section is turbochargers and housings. Turbosmart is where to look for the valves, actuators and controllers that manage the boost those turbos make.

Description
The Compressed Gas StraightGate40 takes Turbosmart’s award winning Electronic StraightGate and simplifies the control system with a diaphragm style actuator built specifically for use with Compressed Gas / CO2 boost controllers. Designed to specifically to work with the high pressure levels that come along with CO2 and compressed gas boost control Turbosmart’s Compressed Gas specific StraightGates feature a custom Nomex diaphragm design especially for “fill and spill” style boost control systems.
Turbosmart’s StraightGate wastegate design comprises a zero-offset inline butterfly-style valve that allows enormous flow and almost linear control across the operating range. This leads to unparalleled boost control for your high performance applications.
Compressed Gas variants of the StraightGate are designed specifically for wastegate control strategies that use an external pressure source such as CO2 or compressed air to vary the wastegate opening position. Longevity and performance are ensured by an inverted high pressure Nomex diaphragm built specifically for the higher pressure differentials found in CO2 / Compressed Air boost control strategies.
