Turbosmart
Turbosmart has been making turbo management products in Sydney, Australia, since 1997, and its range here is about controlling boost and fuel pressure. It covers blow-off valves (Kompact, Kompact EM, Dual Port, Plumb Back and RacePort among them), internal wastegate actuators (IWG) and external wastegates in several sizes. It also has electronic BoostGate units, manual and electronic boost controllers, and fuel pressure regulators. TS-1 turbochargers, V-band flanges, oil lines, fittings and gaskets complete the list.
A good share of the range is service parts: replacement diaphragms, springs in different pressure ratings, O-ring kits, solenoids and weld flanges. These let you rebuild or re-spring a valve rather than replace it.
Turbosmart parts are sorted by model and specification, not by car. For valves made for a particular car, the title gives the application; otherwise choose by flange size, spring pressure and fitting.
The other large range in the Turbo section is turbochargers and housings. Turbosmart is where to look for the valves, actuators and controllers that manage the boost those turbos make.

Description
The GenV Power Gate WG60CG Compressed Gas external wastegate with integrated boost control. Turbosmart has taken the complexity of out of CO2 boost control by taking the “spill” and “fill” control solenoids as well as the dome pressure sensor required for CO2 boost control and integrating them directly into the wastegate cap. The Compressed Gas / C02 external wastegate range from Turbosmart features an inverted diaphragm suitable for high-pressure C02 or compressed air systems and large pressure differentials. The GenV provides extensive user configurability, world-leading extended thermal performance, fatigue resistance and best-in-class flow performance for optimum control and longevity. The GenV External Wastegate from Turbosmart was a ground-up rework of a classic, and the only feature that rolled over from the Gen4 range was the mounting orientation. CFD optimised and validated in-house for maximum flow and thermal management. The GenV range has more features, options and performance than any other gate. A direct fit upgrade to all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates and feature our unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for easy, 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision, 1/8″ NPT reference ports and are provided with the full range of available springs.
