Volkswagen Scirocco Mk3 (2008–2018)

Brakes outweigh suspension by a wide margin for the Scirocco Mk3, the coupé built from 2008 to 2018. The pad list runs from EBC, Hawk and Ferodo to PBS, Pagid and DBA, with road and fast-road compounds most common and more rear pads than front. The discs, from EBC and DBA with Hawk and PBS alternatives, come in plain, slotted and drilled forms. For track use, a fluid change and suitable pads are the first step, and tyres and alignment the second, outside TTF’s range. Suspension choice is narrower: KW coilovers from V1 to DDC, ST, Bilstein B14, H&R and others, plus kits and lowering springs.
