Ford Focus Mk1 (1998–2009)
3 categories · 144 products
The first Focus, in hatchback, saloon and estate form from 1998 to 2009, divides almost equally between brakes and suspension. Pads come in road, fast-road and race grades in roughly equal numbers from EBC and Hawk, then Ferodo, Pagid and PBS. EBC discs, solid and vented, and a set of EBC braided lines complete the brakes, the first area to prepare for track use. A tyre fitter then handles tyres and alignment. On the suspension side, renewal and mild lowering are favoured: Bilstein dampers from B4 up to B8, springs that keep the standard height (Eibach ERL, Bilstein B3) and B12 Pro-Kits. Eibach Pro-Kit, H&R and AP lowering springs follow, with KW, ST, AP or H&R coilovers for more adjustment.
