Turbosmart
Turbosmart has been making turbo management products in Sydney, Australia, since 1997, and its range here is about controlling boost and fuel pressure. It covers blow-off valves (Kompact, Kompact EM, Dual Port, Plumb Back and RacePort among them), internal wastegate actuators (IWG) and external wastegates in several sizes. It also has electronic BoostGate units, manual and electronic boost controllers, and fuel pressure regulators. TS-1 turbochargers, V-band flanges, oil lines, fittings and gaskets complete the list.
A good share of the range is service parts: replacement diaphragms, springs in different pressure ratings, O-ring kits, solenoids and weld flanges. These let you rebuild or re-spring a valve rather than replace it.
Turbosmart parts are sorted by model and specification, not by car. For valves made for a particular car, the title gives the application; otherwise choose by flange size, spring pressure and fitting.

Description
The StraightGate76 from Turbosmart is the world’s highest flowing external wastegate! The StraightGate76 is a zero-offset butterfly style wastegate which allows enormous flow and almost linear control with unparalleled boost control throughout the entire operating range.
Turbosmart’s eSG76 Electronic StraightGate is a Patent Pending and based on the success of the Multiple Award Winning, World First eSG50 Electronically Actuated Butterfly Style External Wastegate. No reference hoses, no springs and no diaphragms means full electronic control via a servo motor and Turbosmart’s zero-backdrive gearbox which results in lower current demands as well as operation stability against huge drive pressures. The eSG76 includes onboard sensors covering actuator temperature as well as valve position in both analog and digital. The Electronic actuation results in the widest possible tuning window from zero boost (if manifold priority allows for it) to all available boost.
The Turbosmart StraightGate76 has been designed from the ground up & validated in-house to create a new level of control and flow, never seen in any wastegate before it. The zero-offset butterfly valve is subjected to exhaust drive pressure equally on both halves of the valve which pivots centrally, resulting in a valve that is self-balanced against any drive pressure. This self-balancing means less work is required to actuate against even the highest of drive pressures and a wider tuning window is possible, no matter how the valve is actuated. The increased flow is achieved through the efficiency of a straight through valve versus a traditional poppet style valve where the exhaust gas must be turned 90 degrees by the valve.
