Toyota GT86 ZN6 Brake System

The GT86 has one engine and one body, so its brake list turns on hardware rather than on model. Front discs for it are listed around 294 mm and rear discs at 290 mm. Check the size of the discs on the car first and compare it with the size given in each listing.

Race pads are well represented: Hawk’s DTC range and ER-1, Ferodo’s DS UNO and DS1.11 among others, and Pagid’s RSL and RST families. Ferodo and Pagid also list a number of pads for use on either axle. For a road car there are EBC Ultimax and Greenstuff 2000, Hawk’s HPS and the DBA Street Series, and the sport grades include Yellowstuff, HP Plus and DS2500.

The discs cover every common face (plain, bi-slotted, dimpled and drilled) across DBA’s T2 and T3 discs, some with Kangaroo Paw vanes, EBC’s slotted and dimpled discs and Hawk Talon discs. Girodisc’s floating two-piece discs sit beside them, and EBC adds a braided line set.
