Bilstein Coilovers
174 products
Bilstein’s coilovers are easiest to read as a ladder. B14 PSS kits set the ride height on a thread but keep the damping as valved at the factory. B16 PSS9 and PSS10 kits adjust both height and damping, and the B16 DampTronic and ridecontrol kits are electronically adjustable. Every kit uses gas-pressure dampers.
The newer EVO kits (R, S, SE, T1 and T2) are the other branch. Their product data does not give a single adjustment level, and the level varies from one variant to the next. Read the details of the kit in question rather than judging it by the name.
Coverage follows the ladder. B14 kits reach the widest spread of makes, Renault, Ford and Peugeot among them, while the B16 and EVO kits concentrate on Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. BMW has the most listings overall, ahead of Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Volkswagen. The Audi A3 (8V and 8Y) and the BMW 3 and 4 Series of the G20, G21 and G22 generations have the most kits.
Whichever step you choose, lowering the car changes camber and toe, so budget for a wheel alignment.
