Aerodynamics Front Bumper Lips
59 products
The Aerodynamics lips are made almost entirely for Honda, with single designs for Nissan and Lexus, and most are moulded in polyurethane, with a few in ABS. Each lip copies a known style, named in the title after a factory trim such as Type R, SiR or Type S, or after a well-known tuner or JDM design. The same model often has several styles to choose from. There is also a universal lip for cars without a dedicated design.
The model years and body style in the title, such as 2/3-door or 4-door, matter as much as the model, because bumpers changed between versions of the same car.
The maker’s fitting notes are specific to polyurethane. Do not paint the lip before it is fitted. Warm it gently with a hair dryer or heat gun so that it flexes into shape, particularly around the wheel arches. Fix it with a polyurethane sealant or double-sided tape, backed up by self-tapping screws.
Trial-fit the lip before drilling, and clean and degrease the bumper where the tape will sit. A lip lowers the front of the car, so take kerbs, ramps and car park entrances at an angle.
