KW
KW Suspensions is based in Fichtenberg, Germany, and its range here is almost entirely coilovers. They are set out as a ladder of adjustment: the V1 has fixed damping, the V3 adjusts rebound and compression separately, and the V2 sits between them. V4 and V5 versions are also listed for some cars. Comfort versions of the V2 and Clubsport versions of the V3 and V5 widen the choice. The DDC system, with its own ECU kits, brings electronically controlled coilovers to cars that left the factory with adaptive dampers.
The coilovers are listed for a very wide range of makes. Volkswagen, Audi and BMW account for the largest share, followed by Seat, Skoda, Mercedes-Benz, Opel and Porsche, with Ford, Mini, Alfa Romeo and Cupra among the rest.
Where the other suspension brands here mix coilovers with springs, spacers and dampers, KW concentrates on the coilover itself. Choosing one is therefore mainly a question of how much adjustment you will use.

Description
KW V3 Racing– Two-way adjustable motorsports technology for circuit racing BMW
Our KW V3 Racing suspension is your entry into our motorsport program with its top-notch damper technology. The KW V3 Racing is independently adjustable in the low-speed forces of the compression and rebound damping. Compared to a KW V3 Clubsport coilover suspension kit, the KW V3 Racing does not have a parts certificate and its entire suspension design is developed exclusively for track day and circuit use only.
Do you want to break later and drive faster?
The KW V3 Racing suspension is a vehicle-specific motorsport application and is available in different versions for a wide range of vehicles.
Numerous KW motorsport customers opt for a KW V3 Racing when participating in various circuit events such as the Rundstrecken-Challenge Nürburgring e. V. or track days. The entire design of the KW V3 Racing is a vehicle-specific development for the Nürburgring Nordschleife. All parameters such as axle geometry, ground clearance, damping dimension, spring rates, spring travel, and wheel loads are tailor-made for the Green Hell. Depending on the vehicle, the KW V3 Racing is made with shock bodies of high-strength aluminum, galvanized steel or MacPherson struts directly in Fichtenberg after order placement.
The damper characteristics curves can be set separately with twelve clicks in the low-speed compression stage and with 16 clicks in the low-speed rebound stage. Enabling a comprehensive setup range, each click on the setup enables your preferred optimized setting.
– Unibal top mounts made of aluminum (adjustable camber, depending on axle geometry and car)
– High-tensile linear motorsport springs
– Adjustable compression rate in low-speed
– Adjustable rebound rate in low-speed
– Shock body made from high-tensile aluminum or galvanized steel
