Pulsar Turbo Turbo Gaskets

Most of Pulsar’s listings in this section are the flanges, clamps and seats for its New Generation external wastegates, which come in 38, 45, 50 and 60 mm sizes. For each size you can buy the inlet or outlet side as a flange only, a flange kit or a clamp only, plus a replacement valve seat. The 38 mm gate has two mounting versions, 2-bolt and dual V-band, and the parts are listed separately for each.

Order by the gate’s valve size, its mounting and the side: the inlet flange is welded to the manifold or runner, the outlet flange to the dump pipe.

The rest are turbo gaskets and joints. There is a stainless T4 gasket for divided, twin-scroll turbine inlets, a stainless 5-bolt gasket for the PT/X28 turbine housing, and a stainless V-band flange and clamp kit for the compressor outlet of Pulsar’s larger frames.

Fit a new gasket whenever a turbo or wastegate joint has been disturbed, and check that a divided manifold is matched with a divided turbine flange. On V-band joints, tighten the clamp in stages while tapping round it, so the band seats evenly.
