OMP Seat Mounts

OMP’s seat mounts are brackets that fit a competition seat to a particular car’s floor, and each is listed for one model, usually with its years. Most are listed for either the left or the right side and some as L+R, so check which side you need before ordering. A universal sliding rail kit is also listed, for mounting a seat with fore-and-aft adjustment where no car-specific bracket suits.

The listings with a specification table give OMP’s article number, the side and the weight, from 1.3 to 3.9 kg, which helps if you are keeping track of the car’s weight. OMP notes that the brackets are designed for competition use and may need adjusting to fit a standard car. Trial-fit the seat before final tightening, and check the driving position, the belt angles and the head clearance.

A few of the brackets are listed with vehicle fitment, for Renault and Opel models (the Megane and the Corsa B). For the others, go by the model and years in the title. The seat, bracket and bolts work together as one mounting, so use the bolt grade and spreader plates your series rules specify.
