Foliatec Films & Wraps

Foliatec’s films and wraps are self-adhesive and spray-on finishes for changing a car’s look inside and out, sold by the sheet, roll or can rather than for a particular model.

Cockpit Design films re-cover interior trim in carbon-look (black or white), hexagon, brushed-aluminium or Alcantara-look finishes, and the Panther Wrap comes with a cutting knife. LACK paint protection film, clear or black, protects paintwork from stone chips and scratches. It comes as strips and sheets in several sizes and as a set for door handle recesses. Tint films include Midnight Sun window film in a 35 per cent version and Securlux sun film, plus plastic tint film in smoke or yellow. Spray Film is a spray-on coating in gold or silver metallic and gloss white, sold as single cans or sets.

Choose by the area to be covered: measure each panel and add a margin for trimming, since films are cut to shape on the car.

Clean and degrease every surface before applying a film, work at room temperature, and use a heat gun sparingly to form film around curves. Spray film needs masking and several light coats rather than one heavy one.
