On the Impreza GH the STi takes different pads from the WRX, R and diesel, and the R and diesel built from 2011 have a front pad of their own. The STi’s rear pads are also listed for the STi Cosworth. Check the axle as well, though several STi pads from Ferodo, Pagid and PBS fit either one.

Then pick a grade. EBC climbs from its OE-type Ultimax through Greenstuff 2000, Redstuff, Yellowstuff and Bluestuff NDX to the RP-1 and RP-X race pads. DBA’s steps are Street Series, Street Performance, Xtreme Performance and Racing Performance. Ferodo starts at DS Performance, with DS2500 for sport and DS3000, DS UNO, DS1.11 and DS3.12 for racing.

Hawk gives an operating range for many compounds: HPS is quoted at 37 to 370 °C, DTC-30 at 37 to 650 °C and DTC-60 at 205 to 870 °C. Every Pagid pad, Street+ among them, carries the racing grade, and Girodisc lists its GP10, graded sport, and its GP30, GP35 and GP40 race pads for the STi.
