Audi A5 B8 Suspension

The A5 B8 coupé, Sportback and cabriolet share many parts, but springs and kits often name the body, and the S5 and RS5 have dedicated sets. Dampers stand out: Koni lists Special Active and STR.T units titled for S line cars, and Bilstein lists B4 dampers for cars with the factory sports suspension.

Cars with adaptive dampers have several routes. KW supplies its coilovers for them with a cancellation kit included, and its DDC kits add electronic control, some with the HLS 4 lift system. Cancellation modules from H&R and Eibach include ones for the RS5.

H&R’s springs and Cup Kits come in standard and deeper versions, some for the RS5, and include height-adjustable springs. KW’s springs name the body and drivetrain, and B12 kits are listed for the Sportback and the cabriolet. ST, AP and Eibach add lowering springs, and Bilstein B3 springs hold the standard height.
