CL Brakes, formerly known as Carbone Lorraine, is a French manufacturer of motorsport brake pads produced at its original site in Gennevilliers, near Paris. The brand has a long competition pedigree built on sintered friction technology, delivering strong cold bite, fade-free performance at extreme temperatures, and consistent braking in wet or dirty conditions.

CL Brakes pads are organised by compound, from the versatile RC5+ and RC6 — popular across rally and circuit use for their high, flat friction and feel — to the top-tier RC8 and RC8-R developed for the highest levels of motorsport, including WRC, WTCC, and NASCAR.
