Con-Sept

Con-Sept manufactures precision-engineered valve seat inserts for high-performance engine builders and cylinder head specialists. Each set is machined from Steel PL12 MV — a martensitic chrome-molybdenum alloy with carbon content between 1.8 and 2.3 percent and a hardness rating of 39 to 45 HRC — engineered to balance wear resistance with predictable, repeatable machining behaviour under tight tolerances. Inserts are supplied in matched sets of four with a range of outer diameters held in stock through Race Winning Brands Europe. Con-Sept inserts suit race engine programs, cylinder head rebuilds, and custom port work across naturally aspirated and boosted four-cylinder, six-cylinder, and V8 builds.
