AVL Schrick GmbH, better known simply as Schrick, produces some of the finest BMW M10 camshafts and adjustable sprockets available. As both an OE manufacturer and performance tuning specialist, Schrick stands at the pinnacle of BMW performance engineering.
All camshafts are ground from new, premium-quality blanks—never re-grinds—eliminating geometry issues and preventing rocker arm failure often seen with reworked cams. This attention to detail ensures reliability, perfect fitment, and maximum performance.
With decades of collaboration with world-class racing teams in Formula 1, NASCAR, ALMS, and OEM projects worldwide, Schrick remains at the forefront of camshaft technology. Whether your M10 is a street classic, a vintage race machine, or a dedicated track weapon, Schrick’s engineering delivers unmatched power and durability.
Camshaft Grind Options:
284° – Strong low and mid-range torque with mild high-RPM gains. Excellent daily driver cam, works with OE fuel systems and upgrades like the 32/36 Weber DGV or Kugelfischer. Drop-in with no clearance issues.
292° – Broad powerband with excellent mid-range and high-RPM performance. Works best with 32/36 downdraft or small (40mm) side-draft carbs.
304° – Significant high-RPM gains for spirited driving and track use, with reduced low-end torque. Ideal with side-draft carbs or aftermarket EFI.
316°, 328°, 336° – Full race applications, delivering exceptional top-end power for high-compression, fully modified engines. Not recommended for street use due to increased rocker arm stress.
Adjustable Sprockets
