Shipment and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information

At Track Tool Factory, we are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent delivery throughout the EU.

Shipping Times

• Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page.

• In-stock products are shipped within 1–7 business days, depending on order processing time and warehouse location.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days within the EU, depending on your location and courier performance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or customs inspections.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on destination, order size, and weight.

EU & International Orders
We currently ship to all EU Member States.
All prices include Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable.
No additional customs fees apply within the EU.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Dutch public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order.
Track Tool Factory cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

3. Returns Policy (EU Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To cancel your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting:

Please include your order number and a clear statement of your wish to withdraw.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

• Please include your order number or invoice with the returned package.
